Welcome the "Samurai" to the EVOD! I had a hard enough time getting 8 girls on once a month before so now at the end I realized it would be impossible to get 8 girls on twice a week for the final days and wars. So I lifted the "dress code." LOL Please welcome the mighty men that want to stand along side the HAWT awesome women of lotr!!!! ;D

that's fucking retarded.
"Let's all be in each other's clans! Yeah! Every clan war we can just randomly join teams because it doesn't even matter who is against whom because we're all in the same clan! WHOO!"
Defeats the entire purpose of clans.

i dont get it, they are subs or they are now in the evod? and if they are in the evod that mean they left their clan, right?

And yet they are listed as being in this clan, and all prior testimony states that they "joined" EVOD, effectively making them NOT subs. It's a bit too late to start lying.
Yet they didn't leave CT (to my knowledge).
This poses a problem. I can't have clans in a tourney have the same members. That's like entering a tourney twice (or more, why not enter 5 clans with different names but the same members, right?). And when the clans face each other, if you're in both then either way you win. In no sport or competition of any sort in which there are teams do any teams share players. Even if the teams have the same ownership.
"But BM there are people who join multiple clans using different accounts." Yes, there are. And they use different accounts precisely because they understand (even if not consciously they can feel it) that being in two clans isn't right.
"But BM you used subs in your matches." There's a big difference between fielding all of your players that you can and coming up short, and thus being FORCED to use anyone who might happen to be on as subs, vs telling someone to show up because you intend to play them (which is the same thing you say to your clan members).
However, I do concede that subs violate the same principles as having people in multiple clans, just on a smaller and (most importantly) not permanent level. Still, if the community prefers it, then I can institute a rule stating that if you don't have enough players you forfeit.
The bottom line is that having people in multiple clans is UNFAIR to everyone other clan and their members who are only in that one clan.

P.S.
I understand that EVOD has trouble getting their ladies together. And I'm not objecting to the corruption of what this clan stood for (the female power of lotrC), because that's not my business and it's your choice if you want to change.
You have every right to want to bring in new members so that you can more consistently field a team. I'm not saying you shouldn't. Just make sure those new members aren't already in another clan.

not lying. that's what we have now decided. anyone listed already in a clan is not part of ours - just an eligible sub.

Everyone is an eligible sub. Why have a separate list?
Basically you're just trying to circumvent the problem by exploiting loopholes.

Look, Cash and I are off their roster - as decided upon.
We subbed for EVOD because they came up short. All better now.

there isn't a separate list. I couldn't edit lisa's post and she hadn't corrected it yet.

I obviously can't stop you guys from doing whatever you want. If you're hellbent on getting away with cheating then you will, regardless of whether I try to stop you or not. You'll make alternate accounts, or you'll just claim that they were subbing and all happened to be on every time. And I can't prove otherwise.
The only thing I can think of to resolve this would be going ahead and DQing EVOD because you almost certainly will do exactly what I described. There's clearly evidence of foul play. But I really don't want to do that, because the core of this clan has been together for a long time and has been nothing but respectable in every way. You deserve to participate as much as everyone else, and more than some. Yet I know you will try to get around the rules.
So what do you think I should do?

well demon actually criticized lisa for not using DA players as subs, which means that he had enough people to play and didn't need bm, joppi, and fob to sub but still did.
plus we are not in there clan, and we subbed just like demon did for you against us, and viking and someone else did against brave for you, because you were short, evod was short, and lisa didn't decide to use us until she had asked all the girls if they wanted to play and was still short.

This thread was made yesterday. The match was today. Clearly the intent to play you existed prior to EVOD ever needing subs.
And I agree that Demon shouldn't have subbed me, joppi, and fob if he had available players. The only reason he did that was because of this. Though two wrongs certainly don't make a right, EVOD opened the door for him to do so.

We were asked to play. Lisa needed to field a team and a few of us were asked. We decided it best not to be on the roster (even if we were nothing more than subs) and now we're not listed. Will I sub if I'm asked? Of course - and there's nothing wrong with that.
TM7 has used Demon, Burnz, and Viking as subs thus far. Oh, you couldn't field a team? Neither could EVOD, apparently. So, what's the fucking difference?
DA used Joppi in the 2nd match when they had THREE clan members waiting/available. Should they get DQ'd?
NO. Because it's not that big a deal. No one's trying to cheat - we're just having fun and playing the game as it winds down.

Once again, this thread was created a day prior to the match, which indicates intent to play you before EVOD could have possible known they would need subs beyond any doubt.
And I explained the "fucking difference" earlier.
Perhaps I should quote myself in case you missed it:
