Ok, we will discuss the rules with calm, attention and tranquility so both teams can be satisfied.

Nice The problem is when some members answer the others being rude and arrogant, i don´t have any patience for that, and i wil not allow to be treated like that in a thread where people are trying to discuss rules because you´re team don´t want to do it in pm but yes in public. If we want that this match results respect is completely necessary from both clans. Let´s forget that and try to do it in a civilized way from now on.

1. Bauer doesn't even go to proboards, and whoever his "minion" is probably doesn't have access to our clan section. Joppi chose you guys by himself, and I don't know why you're so obsessed with bauer and thinking he had anything to do with it - he didn't.
2. One hit kills are NOT a legitimate reason to ban something. Archers have several one hit kills, are we gonna ban them? No. As long as both teams have equal access and neither team has an unfair advantage because of it then there's no reason to ban anything.
So here's what I propose:
- Horses/wargs. The only mode that their differences can affect the game noticeably is ctr since horses let good get to the ring first. And even then I don't think that it matters that much in the long run. I mean, the ring usually changes hands several times before the first capture anyway. Also, you need to capture the ring 3 times and the difference only matters at the start of the game. But if you guys insist, then we are ok with banning horses and wargs for CTR ONLY. In other modes, they are legal so long as both teams have equal access to them.
- trolls/ents: if your only argument for banning them is that they can kill in one hit then I don't think that's sufficient cause for banning. However, because you guys feel so strongly about them and because it appears that other members of TM7 don't really care and would be ok with them being banned, fine, they can be banned.
- catapults, etc.: yeah they can one hit kill, but they suck in general. They can also be easily destroyed, and they can be used by anyone from any team. Absolutely no reason to ban them.
- mics: nothing is stopping you guys from getting mics. I mean, if you don't want to that's YOUR choice. But we shouldn't be penalized simply because you guys choose not to get mics. It's not like we have access to some exclusive class that only 100 people got to buy from psn that rapes everyone and you can't get because they sold out. It's like, if you're a swimmer and you want to ban fastskins (swimsuits designed to make you faster) from a meet because you don't feel like paying for them. If you want to swim in your baggy swim trunks then by all means do so, but you can't require everyone else to do the same.

hey, that's a package deal I just offered. It's not just pick and choose the ones that are only good for you.

I´m not chosing the ones that are only goods for me, i´m trying to simplificate things. Trolls and ents is the first rule that both clans arrive to the agreement to unable then, as you said : " it appears that other members of TM7 don't really care and would be ok with them being banned, fine, they can be banned.". We are not in ebay where we have to choose packs, we discuss rule by rule.

Well I feel they shouldn't be banned. I was willing to make that concession though in order to get some progress, but if you're not willing to give in return then I'm taking it back.
Not only that, but you guys are just making demands without giving argument to support them. Meanwhile, we're offering long explanations in an attempt to reach an accord via discussion.
If you could actually give some good reasons besides "one hit kill," an argument which I debunked in my last post, then maybe we would be more willing to accept your changes. But you don't so we shouldn't even have to change anything. We're just trying to be nice.

I have to admit that it was a really funny reasoning so, LOL once more. I´ll wait for Crusader to say something about the rules, for now, i´ll not reach to any conclusion.

I agree, "one hit kill" is pretty funny reasoning, if by funny you mean ridiculous.

Not really, it looks that we have a different conception of what ridiculous is. Altought, there are 2 things that i´ve remembered: limit class, and can scout roll in ctr ?

I don't know, if you guys would actually support your positions I might better understand what your various conceptions are. Unfortunately you are either unwilling or unable to do so.
Class limitations - I don't see any reason for it. Both sides have equal access to the classes, people should be able to choose whatever class they want.
Scout roll - of course they can roll. It's not cheating or glitching. It's a legitimate tactic. It's one of the only good things about the scout, and they should get to use it.

I'm generally against class limits, but I'm not adamant on it either way, so I'm willing to bend to the majority on the issue.
Scout-rolling is a non-issue to me. It's so easy to counter a rolling scout that I don't even know why people complain about it anymore. Scouts and mages can deal with rolling scouts so easily that rolling is almost a handicap to the scout. Warriors and archers have more difficult times, but it's all over for the scout if he makes one mistake.
