Well, I'm going to leave the official decision to BM, but I doubt he'll decline. The main reason we never get challenged is because we really don't have many members, lol. We have 10 members total, two of whom are brothers (so they can't play at the same time) and one who hasn't posted in the forum yet, so his availability is uncertain.
So, we might have difficulty setting things up since one absence will screw our team up. We'll see what can be settled on, though.

Ahem, that said, we'll play you if we can actually get 8 people together. How is your availability this weekend?

If you guys are short, maybe we could do a 5 vs 5, 6 vs 6, etc....whatever you have available.
We should have enough guys to fill in the other player spaces so nobody can join in from the outside.

As far as rules go, here's my suggestion:
-No heroes in any mode. The hero must be declined by all players. If you accept the hero and do not immediately kill him, then your team loses the match. If it happens twice or more, then the other team is given the win for that specific mode. -Best 3/5 games for each game type (except HTDM). The winner will be the one who wins the 3/5 for 2 of the 3 types. -Ballistae, catapults, etc are all allowed. -Horses and Wargs are allowed unless one team has uneven access to them (one team starts with them, or only one team can get them). -Trolls and Ents are allowed unless one team has uneven access to them (in a stage like the Shire Conquest, where there is one source of trolls and ents, they are still allowed since both teams have equal access to the source CP). -The first match of each type will be the first legal stage in the EA server's rotation. All other levels will be chosen by counter-pick. In order to pass stages, one team (it doesn't matter which) will simply allow the other to win (capture all the posts, get 50 kills, or capture the 3 rings). These stage passes will not count as wins. Maps to be skipped will be announced in the chat room so everyone knows that no real fight will happen there. -When one team wins a match, the next stage will be chosen by the losing team (this is "counter-picking). -The losing team chooses which team they get to play on. -The first team choices will be negotiated before the match. I'm sure there is some online coin flip thing that could decide who gets the team choice. -Each game will not start until it is announced in the chat room. This means that no one can join a team until they are cleared in the chat. This allows for disputes to be settled, and, perhaps, substitutes to be brought in. -Draws will not be counted as wins for either team. -All Out-of-maps and glitch walls are banned.
Banned Stage List:
Conquest:
Minas Tirith- For obvious pro-evil reasons Pellenor Fields- Good gets two command posts at the start instead of one.
Potentially banned (these should be debated and decided on by all of us):
Shire- Hobbit archers offer the good team's archers a distinct defensive advantage by making them considerably harder to hit.
Team Deathmatch:
Mines of Moria- Camping the top level is an almost unstoppable tactic, plus the Good team has a spawn on there, so they can capture it much more easily.
Potentially Banned:
Isengard- Camping one of the two top levels offer a very distinct advantage, but it isn't quite as bad as the one in Mines of Moria.
Capture the Ring:
The Shire- Far too difficult to score with an incredible amount of open spaces and trolls/ents. Also, hobbit archers.
Potentially banned stages:
Pellenor Fields- Good has to walk through an incredibly open valley of death to score while Evil has a ton of cover coming in.
Feel free to add any thoughts to the banned stage list.

It might be better to do best 2/3 instead of 3/5 simply for time.
Other than that, I propose having 3 chats:
1 chat dedicated to each clan. (i.e. a chosen few chat with only chosen few members, and a magnificent 7 chat with only mag7 members)
1 chat with only one representative of each clan (e.g. me and straightcash)
The reason being psn chat only holds 14 people, iirc. With this3 chat format we can have the clan rep relay decisions to their respective clans. Also, random chatting won't interfere with other team during the match.

Chat rooms can hold 16 players now.
