MITHRIL KNIGHTS WARRIOR LEADERBOARD (NON-HERO)
MITHRIL KNIGHTS HERO WARRIOR LEADERBOARD
RULES:
All matches are "first to 10 kills with respawn", warrior-only. You must "dance" (repeatedly press LT/L2) at the start of each fight so communicate that you're both ready. If you die by falling, subtract a kill.
Special rules for Hero Warrior challenges: The defender gets to pick the map (so he gets his hero of choice) and the match takes place in two halves, each "first to 5 kills". Players must stick with the same hero for the first 5 kills, then they must swap heroes for the 2nd half (for the 2nd half, you MUST play the hero that your opponent played in the 1st half). If both players have 5 kills after the 2nd half, the tiebreaker is a single fight with standard (non-hero) warriors. DLC maps and heroes are allowed if both players own the DLC maps.
The only way to get on the leaderboard or improve your ranking is to win a challenge. Each "warrior season" match is automatically a challenge for your opponent's spot on the leaderboard (and vice-versa). You may only challenge warriors of a higher rank (though you can encourage lower ranking players to challenge you. This means you can only increase your stats by defending your rank or by challenging someone of higher rank. If you win your challenge, your opponent falls one place on the leaderboard and you take his place. If you lose, you both keep your original places. If you are challenged, you have one week to accept the challenge before you are dropped from the leaderboard. If you openly refuse the challenge, you will also be dropped (and you will have to challenge someone to get back on).
You are only required to accept 1 challenge per week from the same person (excluding rematches) but may agree to face a challenger more often if you choose. In the case of a close match (10-7 or closer) the loser may request a rematch and a different map if desired. If the rematch results in a tie (1 win each) then a third match will be played for the tie-breaker (but no more than 3 matches are allowed!).
On Xbox 360, the #1 (non-hero) spot is synonymous with White Council's Warrior Title, since ES Tiberon is the current titleholder, and since leaderboard challenges have the exact same match rules as WC 1v1 title challenges.
