Class: Warrior vs Warrior Round 1: 10-9 BulgarianMenace Round 2: 10-8 BulgarianMenace
bm learns that you can't catch a warrior with normals on get up
Round 3: 10-5 BulgarianMenace
I want to thank nexus for helping me test (in between rounds 2 and 3, he consented to get hit by axe and get up dodge over and over) to confirm that warriors can indeed block or dodge after get up before any warrior move can hit them (besides axe maybe).
Oh yeah, the coolest thing happened. We were fighting gimli vs nazgul for kicks, and I hit him near the wall with my satchel bomb and it caused him to suicide instantly. He said somehow I knocked him into one of those thin streams of lava, but we couldn't recreate it. My guess is I glitched him through the wall, but there was insta death right behind it.

bm learns that you can't catch a warrior with normals on get up I thought that for a while too but now I'm starting to think it's possible. If nothing else, I catch guys with it all the time so it's worth the attempt.

let me rephrase: you can't catch a warrior with normals on get up unless the other person messes up or doesn't shield/sidestep immediately.

Call me a idiot, but what do you do when they someone uses a fire spin, because when I slide it catches me, but if I just hold block they will just get me with l1 0. Also how long do you have to be stand blocking after a slide for it to be counted as a block, because I will be blocking after a second after a slide but a fire spin or something else will still catch me??

there is no 100% safe option. If you sidestep then you will evade L1+O, but you are vulnerable to firespin. It's a 50/50 chance.

Sidestep after getting up often gets me in more trouble than it gets me out of so I'm tryin' to kick the habit. Most important thing I find is to get up quickly from O-based moves.
