Fuck that. I'm not playing by any retarded rule set. If you can convincingly show to me why respawns and dancing are the way to go with a well defended argument then I will. But neither you nor any of the people who agreed with you were able to do that in my 1v1 standard thread.
So what it really comes down to is, yet again, you expect people to play with artificial limitations imposed for no good reason other than to mask your inadequacy.

A warrior should not depend on a particular style. I'm challenging you to a match with set rules. Do you accept, or not?

So you can't even respond intelligently, and thus I have no reason to accept.

You don't accept because you're a COWARD

I don't accept because I'm not obliged to cater to every bitch that's on my dick. So hop off.

well she fought you your way, you should fight her the xbox way. even after all of your factual statements that without respawns is better, everyone on xbox still fights with them, even a few ps3 players do, and the ones that don't for the most part will anyway if asked too. it's an opinion, not a fact that one mode is better then the other. i know your goin to say i need to go read your posts about how no respawns is better, i have and i don't think they are, but thats an OPINION, just because what you wrote was in your eyes facts, doesn't mean they are.
your the only person on ps3 that won't do it, others like no respawns more but they'll do it if the person their fighting prefers too, or they'll do both. you act like it's a sin to play with respawns

People act like if they slap the label "opinion" on it then whatever they are saying is without reproach.
You may be "entitled to your own opinion," but if you're going to have an opinion with that entitlement comes an obligation to be able to aptly defend it from criticisms when it is brought under scrutiny.
I've done that. Those who prefer respawns have not.
As to the rest of your post, just because other people or all people do something doesn't mean they are right or that it is the right thing to do. Argumentum ad numerum.

ok, but es tiberon did argue his case fine, so i don't need to. you think that his points aren't a good reason to play without respawns, well guess what many people do, just because you think your right about everything doesn't mean you are. until everyone agree's with you, it's not a FACT

I repeatedly stuffed his pathetic attempt at an argument.
And you are displaying a gross ignorance of what makes something a fact. Here's a hint: even if everyone agrees with you that doesn't make what you are saying fact. Normally I would advise that you don't use words whose meaning you don't know, but god damn I never thought there existed people who didn't know the definition of the word "fact."

i didn't exactly mean fact, but it has not been PROVEN, besides in your eyes that no respawns is better, but your to arrogant to want to listen to what anyone else has to say.
oh and the whole spawn camping doesn't happen on xbox in 1v1, because they dance before they fight, so there is a very good reason to dance before each fight

whatever word you want to use, let's look at what you said:
Let's substitute "PROVEN" for "FACT" (it really doesn't make you any less wrong):
In logic, this statement can also be read as:
"Your statement is proven if everyone agrees with you."
According to you, the condition for a statement to be proven or to be fact is everyone agreeing. That is fundamentally incorrect. Since you don't seem to be able to grasp that what you are saying is a fallacy, here's an example to help you better understand it:
Everyone (used to) think the sun revolved around the earth. Everyone agreed. However, that was not fact, and the fact that everyone agreed did not prove that the sun revolved around the earth.
With regards to spawn camping, I have yet to see anyone explain why spawn camping is bad in a 1v1. There is no advantage to spawn camping in a 1v1 (other than to expedite the match, which is a positive for everyone involved) since your opponent has spawn invincibility so if you're too close you're going to be at a severe disadvantage until it wears off.

i actually thought of the sun thing as an example also, but i know i was wrong, it was a poor choice of words. i meant that until you prove that it is better than people aren't goin to agree with you, and you think we're idiots because we don't agree.
ahh no reply for my point on dancing before a fight?

I edited in my response two minuted before you posted. You were probably still typing and didn't see it as a result.
And actually I did prove my position. I used facts and logic to show why my position was correct. I then proceeded to use more facts and logic to show why my opponent's arguments were flawed, often to the point of using fallacious logic.
Now, I didn't construct a formal proof because that wasn't appropriate in that context. I can if you want me to though.
