It is sad to write this, but I haven't read a book in over a month, since religiously worshiping at the LOTR Conquest church. I may even forget the ability of how to open up a book.
Yeah book club LOTR style!
1. Any book written by Jack Whyte. Period. His historical (yup Ima nerd) details and story just gets me hooked into his Arthurian Legend. Start at the beginning with "the Skystone" and go from there. 2. Joe Ambercrombie's 'delightfully twisted & evil' "the Blade Itselt" series. Inquisitor Glokta steals the show! 3. Homer's "the Illiad", written in about 800 B.C.E., this is thee EPIC Poem. it begins "Sing, goddess, the rage of Achilles the son of Peleus, the destructive rage that sent countless ills on the Achaeans..." and it just gets better. 4. Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman hold a special place in my heart "the Dragonlance" series. I was in high school when they first came out over 20 years ago and have loved them ever since. 5. Neil Gaiman any works by him. I read his 1602 comic & want to get into the Sandman series. I know I posted this before & I'll post it again, his book "American Gods" has got to be one of my all time favourites.

The Count of Monte Cristo was a great book and a huge life changer for me when I read it 3 or 4 years ago.

Angels vs. Demons is good, saw the movie. Harry potter is also good. @red You have to read the oddessy before you read the Illiad, because they're are many references to it. Also, if you liked the illiad then you should read percy Jackson, Its about a demigod.

Yash the Illiad comes before the Oydessy! The Trojan War with heroes & gods and epic battles! The Odyssey tells of the trials of the clever Odysseus trying to return home after the sacking of Troy.

Hmmm. I used to read the Dragonlance series years ago when I was like ten, but they killed off my favorite characters, so I stopped.Still read all my comic book series X-men,Spider-Man, Batman, Superman etc. Also read several manga series Including
Bleach Naruto Shaman King Dargonball Z D.Gray Man Vampire Hunter D XXX Holic Tsubasa and some more
But I currently read these book series:

Devinci Code was great and one of the few movies that lived up to the book at least in my opinion.
