Pretty sure you're wrong. yet you don't even know what i'm talking about lol. morg i would have found by myself xD. i was already into aerial combos before i learned that one..idk, but i think i pretty much started the whole double light air attack transition into ground light combos, heavy special

I know all of the aerial combos so I do know what you're talking about one way or the other.
And I was doing the double light into ground combo (delay the first imput by half a second so the end of the animation from the second swing cuts off as you land and you can attack before their stun ends) when I was still playing on tunngle. If anything you picked it up from me.
This is the perfect example of what goth was talking about. N()()Bs like taco think they're hot shit because they "discovered" something which top players before them already knew and were using for a long time. Fact is y'all are just WAY late figuring things out. Congrats on catching up finally.

I hope so xD jump light middle, (if both airs connect) quick transition to standing combo 1x standard medium, heavy special. looks scrote ugly like most air combos. air part is useful for setting up one of faramirs tumble dryer specials (when axe is cooling down against lurtz).

For what I saw when I played, for example, there is a lack of playing jumping attacks in a really effective way, maybe now that thing is changed, I dont know. 1v1 warrior mirror situation, axes rape jumping attacks. lol Well... Did I understood wrong, or the aerial combo you are talking about is just light-light-heavy? Cause I really hope you guys are not talking about that ROFL I think I understood wrong. I hope so xD Nah guess he's talking about jump-light-medium-medium-medium spe-strong spec ~~ or similar move. Edit : Ronjons WARRIOR BOSS ninja'd me hard :x

Indeed. I also "discovered" jump canceling with the mage way back in the demo days. I don't try to take credit for it though because I acknowledge the probability that other people found it by themselves before me even back then. Now, three years into the game, you're assuming you're the first person to realize such and such about the warrior and boasting about it.

since this wasn't a cross-platform but i'm still willing to bet a lot of the 'big names' of the tunngle era could woop an old school players behind, regardless of platform . See here's the thing, most or a good number of the players who have a 'big name' now were playing back on one of the platforms in the EA days for most of it's tenure and weren't a 'big name' player then. What I'm saying is that those players obviously took a longer time to 'master' the game and have for the most part did so against other players who weren't top level players during the EA era, and are doing so under erratic internet connections to the servers. Thus it's not a fair judgement to say that a top tunngle player would "whoop" a top EA player on ANY platform. C'mon now, juicing it up a bit aren't you? I'm not saying that the EA players were/are/would-be better then the tunngle players. I'm sure there's a few techniques that are new or have been improved, but after a year of growth, there's not much a game with limited depth can grow, it simply comes down to perfect timing and not making mistakes. But when you consider what I said above, there's a good chance top players from back then could pick it up quickly. I know for a fact that Broly could pick up any new warrior techniques in a matter of days and have them down, the guy is a master at all fighting games and can use combos like no other. Jenaez, as has already been mentioned by Joppi, was a flat out monster, his scout was good enough to beat most of the top warriors in a melee only 1v1, and your going to tell me he would get whooped on ANY platform by tunngle guys? C'mon now. As for mages and archers, there's not many, if any new techniques that are employed on tunngle. They're timing and stategy classes, not combo classes. It wouldn't take much time to get back to a high level of play with them. Console archers would obviously be at a disadvantge considering they would have to adapt to the mouse (because it's soo much easier to use) to compete with the top PC archers, and that would undoubtedly take awhile. But mage wouldn't take much time. And if it were ANY console, i'm sorry, but ain't no mage on tunngle would 'whoop' me on ps3 if it was on the EA setup and I had a week to practice. So please, at least restrict your assumptions of what would happen to if it were on tungle only (where, i still believe a week of hardcore practice, that I could compete with any mage on tunngle if my connection to the server was at least moderate. I've watched the videos, styles still seem very similar to me, didn't see any noticeable change in Merlins tactics, just that he improved them and clearly worked on his lightning accuracy, like I said it's about timing. But as I had mentioned to BM awhile ago, Istari really played very foolishly in that 1v1 prep match and looked kinda like a fupper who kept repeating the same mistake instead of adapting to Merlins style-which in my experience on EA, a great or as taco says it a "spectacular mage" would do, as I'm sure Merlin would have done-he's a ps3 mage . Not trying to hate or anything, just saying it how I see it. EDIT: Uh, I said m o t h e r f u p p e r, not "fupper" whatever that is, lol. EDIT: Odd.

Well spoken Straight. Only problem an old top player can find is the connection, nothing we can really do about pitily... if you are affected by an enemy move before you even see the move is ready to start, like get killed by an archer while for you you are still under mage shield and mage get the shield down a couple of seconds after you are dead, or you get hit by a melee attack you see is made like 20 feets to you, it becomes hard, not impossible I say, but hard xD
