mines pretty cheap & average: dual pentium 2.8ghz cpu; 2gig ddr3 ram; nvidia 240gt (0.5gig ddr3 dedicated memory). winxp. runs lotrc smoothly & quietly. those specs are prob 2 years out of date for a gaming pc. Build one with todays specs - gimli will multishoot satchel bombs.

Oooh nice Joppi, let me know what day you want to get on and we can have a 2-4 man TM7 reunion d:D.
Although I don't see how your computer will help that much seeing as how my dad's comp is semi-beast but it lags pretty hard for me. Congratulations from the fob though d:D.

If your dad's is a semi-beast, well then mine will be a super beast, especially if Ronjons can run it fine.
Quad core AMD 3.4ghz cpu, 4gb ddr3 RAM, and GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB graphics.
That and everything else for a fairly reasonable $750. My laptop was more and can barely run anything.

only downside to LOTRC multiplayer it's capped at 25fps (even if your PC eats lightining & craps thunder). pandemic inexplicably left no option to lift it.

Win7 64-bit AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.4 GHz 4 GB DDR3 NVidia GT 430 (not really for gaming.)
I wouldn't lag except that my conn is terrible. Wireless and if anyone is using the internet it gets progressively worse :/

Yes yes good good, but WHEN will you be playing? d:D I wanna be there when you make your comeback or at least have Shadow be there or something (which I'm sure he wouldn't mind). I must have specifics! At least the day you get on I guess lol.

The parts will be coming in Monday through Wednesday, so provided that no problems arise, I should be able to play then. Still, this is the first time I've ever built a pc, so there's a decent chance I forgot something and will need to order something else. I'll tell you when everything comes together.

Only problem is that my tv actually makes for a horrible monitor that can't get a good looking resolution without stuff hanging off the edge. A nice monitor's already on the way though, so I will play this week.
