Will this game be worth purchasing for the PC. I used to be a regular on XBOX, but as we all know that died. So would it really be worth getting this for 15$ for online play. Are there lots of people who play this online, and can you get into games regularly or do we actually have to organize times to go online. Thanks.

Commonwealth times need to be organised: 10pm - 2am europe; 5pm - 9pm EST. Seems like a good start. I spent a fiver on second hand LOTRC PC played a few multiplayer games using tunngle network. servers are pretty spartan at the moment, early days though. More people'll join, tunngle's fairly straightforward to setup. overall, worth the punt, even if its for 1v1 gimli fail.

Oh and does anyone know if I buy the game am I able to play it simultaneously on two computers (by taking the disc out when the games started and putting it in other computer) and if that is possible are you then able to both play online. That would be great to know as then i might get my brother to play it online with me.

Instead of buying it you could always just download it. After all you have already bought the game once.
In answer to your other question conquest can only be installed on a certain amount of computers so if it is a second hand game than it might of already been installed a few times

My dvd drive was kicking up some noise playing lotrc, downloaded a No-CD-Fix. Disc not needed & pc quieter, It can work that way. As George said games can be subject to install limits. Its a case of suck it & see Current state of play , lotrc multiplayer bypasses online gaming issues using the local network option & Tunngle.

sounds good. and i'm really not the kind of person who downloads games (I don't even get music off the web) I'll try and pick it up now , hopefully it works well on this laptop.
