Thought some of you guys may like this. Graphics looks real nice, and multiplayer, which includes both co-op and versus, could be really good:

Good eye Rizz. I've been flirting with that one since I heard about it in GI.

Here's some of the info I've gathered for you normal people who don't read a Transformers news site every day. I'll start with multiplayer since I'd imagine that's what you're most interested in:
-Available character classes are: Leader ( teamwork specialist ), Warrior ( straight fighter ), Scout ( sneaky guy ), and Scientist ( healer/debuffer ).
-For character creation, alt modes are restricted to class and are: car, truck, jet, and tank. There are many different models for each.
-After picking a class, you choose chassis, color scheme, and names.
-Character models for created characters are based on in-game characters, but color scheme and weapons selection change the appearance. The person playing the demo created a white and blue Optimus model with a Megatron-style gun attached to his arm.
-Next up, you chose weapons, abilities ( two ), and upgrades ( three ).
-There are two types of abilities: Consumable, which you collected energon crystals to recharge, and 'cool down' abilities which will work again over time. Vehicle modes have separate unique abilities with cool down times.
-Upgrades are split into three categories: Offensive, Defensive, and General. Offensive and Defensive upgrades are unique to your character class, while General upgrades can be used by anyone. An example is given of giving a Scout character a speed boost defensive upgrade and combining it with a general upgrade that reduces weapon recoil to allow for quick precision attacks.
-Unlocking new weapons and upgrades is done through a perk system.
Single Player/Co-op:
-You always work with a selectable squad of three robots. At any point during your single player campaign, people from your friends list can drop in and out to take control of one of the other two seamlessly.
-IGN describes the game and gameplay as "Gears of War meets Arkham Asylum with a little bit of Dynasty Warriors." It compares it to a "much faster-paced" Gears of War saying that while battles are often huge, the combat feels very intimate and personal. It compares the care for the story and detail to franchise history while combining sources to Arkham Asylum's take on the Batman franchise. Lastly, it says you might be reminded of Dynasty Warriors due to the size of the battlefields and your ability to quickly move from one end of the engagement to the other to fulfill objectives.
-The two separate campaigns each have seven chapters, though it's unclear exactly what constitutes a 'chapter.'
-The boss of each campaign is a giant Transformer, the Decepticons fight Omega Supreme ( omg! ) while the Autobots fight Trypticon. Footage is limited, but people who have seen it describe it as "an innovative system for a 'big enemy' fight."
-There will be interactive parts of the environment. A section is described where Optimus Prime 'hacks into' a large turret R2-D2 style, allowing the player to control it to shoot down airborne Decepticons. When he is done, Optimus rips the turret out of the ground and is able to carry it around as a weapon.
-The game's story takes place on Cybertron and deals with Megatron's rise to power and Optimus becoming a Prime ( after Megatron kills his predecessor ) and his rise as leader of the resistance. Character histories are taken from the G1 cartoon. For example, at the start of the Decepticon campaign, Starscream has yet to join forces with Megatron and is a scientist alongside his best friend Jetfire.
Character List: Playable characters confirmed so far are...
Autobots: Arcee Blurr Brawn Bumblebee Hot Shot Ironhide Jazz Optimus Prime Ratchet Sentinel Prime Sideswipe Trailbreaker Warpath
Decepticons:
Blackout Blitzwing Brawl Cyclonus Megatron Soundwave Starscream Sunstorm Thundercracker

It's also completely drop in/drop out. Meaning you losers will be playing the game, and suddenly, a wild Starscream will appear... ACTUALLY AS STARSCREAM.
And yeah, Escalation sounds exactly like Nazi Zombies, which is a very, very good thing.
I also recently found out that competitive multiplayer will have their own prestige mode after you max out all the classes, but instead of 'prestige?' You become a Prime.
