I can understand why many people think that a scouts back stab is cheap.. Hell I hate to be back stabbed...and that coming from a backstabber herself... lol. But in the scouts defense, I think they can be very useful. They have the whole "element of surprise" tactic. They can sneak behind an annoying archer, who keeps nailing you with their damn arrows. Not mentioning any names of course... They can "scout " ahead to kill any potential threats, or they can hide and wait for the enemy to come to them... and then slice em and dice em... lmao. In my opinion, I believe that scouts can rack up the most deaths in games because they are so vulnerable,They put their selves out there. I'm not taking away the fact that other classes don't do the same. Ive seen many warriors go swords fully blazed in a pack of mages(Strider, Aznlisa,Adan-Wife, Cat, Burnz,Broly and Bronco) You look so cute doing it...LMAO!!!Any how ,thats why scouts depend on mages so much, to keep them alive. Its funny though, how afraid people are of scouts... You can see players bunny hopping everywhere (very annoying btw) especially heroes. Even in conquest mages throw their fire in the flag circle for any potential threats... I guess in the end all the classes have their advantages and disadvantages, but work together as a team... well the possibilities are endless. So when people say that being back stab is cheap, Well it's because their butt hurt, Because they themselves were BACK STABBED!!!!

scouts are not useless at all i think i can manage well with it. from running and stabbing to rolling to dodge lightning if timed right and in most situations i can combo enough to kill most players. i am sure i pissed off a few on the boards when i backstab or to penetrate a mage shielding archers so other archers on my team can shoot them i guess its all on how you look at any players in the game

As much as I hate being back stabbed, one thing I can say about the scout is It's a difficult class to play as. You need a good deal of patience and skill to stab or fight another opponent hand to hand using a scout.

In my opinoin the scout is only there to kill the hero. But it takes a certain amount of skill to backstab someone, because one mistake and you're spotted and then killed.

Scouts are the funnest to me because they look the coolest (except elf scout retch, retch), and the espionage aspect is definately very attractive to me. On the heroes topic, I personally wouldnt backstab a warrior hero unless i really thought i needed to, but def gandalf deserves a backstab from the fob (and he will too). Also i've seen some stuff that makes me think that there are tactics with the regular scout that nobody has found out yet that would balance him with other classes, but if they are anything like what i think they are, then u'd have to be insane (like me) rofl to use them. #1 piece of advice for scout from the fob: be smarter than ur enemy.

please explain what tactics you're talking about k, without telling my secret tactics that i already use (that i dont see anyone else using d> ), the "new" tactics are literally leading ppl with ur knife-work, which is UTTERLY INSANE to try to pull off, but i've been able to get it to work a few times when i was experimenting around with it. Also im workin on finding out how to BS ppl even when they're bunny-hopping, ive been able to get the odd backstab a few times even when they were bunny-hopping but im tryin to find out the science behind doing that. peace from the fob.

lol think of archery: its just that u have to literally lead them with ur melee attacks, but it is very hard to do cuz they can simply move out of the way, but it works essentially like an archer shot. peace from the fob.

Yes, honestly there's only a very small window of opportunity for that tactic, i wouldn't suggest using it much honestly, but like I said, it CAN work. Just don't go spamming it or you'll die really fast.
