Most of my clan agreed with me on not wanting to battle kids. But there are a few that want to make hellfire eat shit.
So Hellfire do you want to battle again?
Rules: No hero, 2 mage cap, no orliphant, and it has to be 8 v 8.
If your team gets the hero and they dont repsawn... DQ If your team isnt ready at the time picked ... DQ Any one use the orliphant ..... DQ Any more than 2 mages... DQ
5 matches - were evil 2 matches and your evil 2 matches. 5th match side will be decided by the team that is losing.
If you agree, I predict your team will get DQ'ed.

just to clarify, if you fight under those rules I will consider it a battle separate from the tournament and will still send you guys to loser's as per the last I heard from you on the subject.

The only reason we'refightong hellfire is for the tourney, so if we were to remove the mage cap would it count?

You have to play under all the tournament rules not only no mage cap, the last time both clan were DQ for the same reason, if you want this match count in the tournament you have to play under the standard rules, here are the rules again:
"Game Rules
It is the responsibility of each clan leader to make sure their clan members know the rules. If someone breaks the rules they will still be punished for it even if they didn't know because that's the leader's fault.
- No heroes in any mode. If the hero enters the match and influences the match in any way, then the overall results of the match are invalidated (unless the offending team loses). Further infractions result in immediate round (not war) loss.
- All glitches of any kind are banned (this includes out of maps)
- In pellenor TDM both the Oliphaunt and the ents are banned and cannot be moved from their original positions.
Banned Stage List
Minas Tirith- Conquest Pellenor Fields- Conquest Helm's Deep - Conquest Mines of Moria- TDM Isengard- TDM Shire- CTR
Chat Rules
One main chat will hold the 16 players participating in the current game. It is THE CLAN LEADER'S responsibility to ensure that his entire clan is in the chat. Any infractions caused by a member not in the chat will still count against you. You may have a separate chat open for your own clan's use if you want.
Do not enter any server until it is announced in the chat. When in the server, DO NOT join a team until instructed to in the chat. This allows for disputes to be settled and substitutes to be put in. If you join the game, then the Warm-Up starts, and the game clock will start winding down.
If the match has started due to people entering the server and no one in the chat is telling everyone to stop playing, then the match will begin as soon as the warm-up is over. This happens whether or not your whole team is ready. However, if your team does start when people in the chat are telling you to stop, the match result is invalidated. Continued breaking of this rule will lead to disqualification of the team and loss of that "mode" (not the whole war)."

^that,
and this:
Format
The bracket will be double elimination, best 2/3 games for each mode (except HTDM), and whoever wins 2 of the modes wins the set. If one team wins two modes in a row, the third is not played. It will be best 3 out of 5 games for winners finals, losers finals, and 4 out of 7 for grand finals. Seeding will be based on clans W/L records, since having pools would take way too long.
Each clan will strike one mode, and the remaining one will be the first mode played (ex. DA strikes ctr, TM7 strikes conquest - only tdm is left so they play tdm first). Further modes will be chosen by the team who lost the last mode.
The first stage in each mode will be the first legal stage in the EA server rotation. Further stages will be chosen by counterpick, which means that the losing team chooses another legal stage which has not yet been played on that will be played next. Stages between will be "skipped" by the losing team winning without any resistance (obviously, this win does not count).
For the first game which team is good and which is evil will be decided by a coin flip prior to the match and posted under "Game [#] Details" on the bracket. After that the losers of the previous game will choose what side they want.
If one of your members disconnects in the middle of the battle, the battle goes on as usual, but no additional matches will be played until your team has a full 8 members (unless the down-team agrees to play on).

BM, WTF The only rule that doesnt go with your rules is I aks for a mage cap. I dont want to fight mage spam.
And if they dont show like last time they should be DQ. I had my entire team ready. When a team is late it makes me have to change my roster. Its starting to seem like you dont want us in this tournament, bc Hellfire broke all of these rules once. Not sure why you siding with them..

Yeah, Last Time We Faced Hellfire, I Was Mage. They Had At Least 4 Mages Fighting. If These Rules Say No Mage Cap Then Next Time We Might As Well Play 8v8 Mage Battle...... But What Is The Point In That.
These Tourneys Are Supposed To Show How Skillful & How Your Clan Can Co-operate Together, Not Who Can Mage Spam & Throw Numerous Fireballs At The Enemy, While Using There Shields & Healing Their Mage Team.
Mage Spam Is A Good Tactic, But If The Whole Clan Is Are Mages Then Its Basically Pointless & Unskillful Battling Using One Class.

if you can't beat magespam that means you lack skill. You think 8 mages is a good strategy? LOL. I hope anyone facing us goes all mages because they will fail.
No mage cap.
DT - also the format. It's best 2 out 3 games for the best 2/3 modes. Basically you play best of 3 tdm/ctr/conquest until someone wins 2 modes (ex. ctr and conquest).

They didnt want to fight Ctr and conquest, only TDM.
Whatever your tournament. Any other strange rule, like a handicap for our team?

You Really Think 8 Mages That Stick Together Is A Bad Tactic? I've Seen Many Games Won By This Tactic, If The 8 Mages Were Good Players.
No, If We Can't Beat Mage Spam, That Doesn't Mean We, As A Clan Lack Skill, It Means The Clan That Is Using The Mage Spam Lack Skill Because They Have To Resort To That Tactic. If They Can Fight With Various Class Types Then It Shows Their Clan Is Versatile.

DT - if they don't want to fight ctr and/or conquest then they can forfeit the match.
dan - If you can't beat a tactic (which isn't cheating) that means YOU lack skill. Period. Mages clustered together can be easily beaten by a well coordinated team.
To say that someone beating you with a certain tactic lacks skill is just sour grapes. Basically you're just mad you lost, and rather than accept that the blame lies with you, you look to scapegoat someone or something. The only way you're going to improve is if you take responsibility for your loss and figure out what YOU need to change in order to win.

Well Coordinated Team? What Classes & How Many Of Each Would That Involve?
I Know That I Didn't Do As Well As I Wanted To During That Clan Battle, And That Is My Own Fault.

Wow no one is mad about a loss. They broke the tournement leaders rules of play, and they do not get dq'd....
Winning at a fallen game, should not be your purpose. BM if you dare play a game of real skill pick up tekken 6. At the last tournament i played 5th vs 45 players from other states. Like to see how you fair.
