I've been to Valencia. I live up in the suburbs. You know, Woodlas Hills/Northridge/Chatsworth/Canoga Park/West Hills. Which hotel? Is it the new Marriott that opened up downtown? Though, that's not a beach area. But yea, DO NOT go downtown. I visit there every once in a while, not that great. Bit ghetto IMO. Though, LA convention Center, Staples Center, and La Live are all in a straight line downtown. BTW, wouldn't it be awesome if I could hook you up with laker tickets? Considering I have season tickets. :0 Too bad my dad would be like WTF though. Oh, and, visit the man Chinese theater. And, if you go to studio city, visit studio cafe. They have the best pancakes ever. :] If you end up coming to the suburbs for a bit, it's pretty relaxed. Don't come to the suburbs though, nothing to do. But, take your girl to Magic Mountain. It's Fucking awesome. If you want some more information, PM me, I can find out pretty much anything about this city from my parents, or friends. And ye, Santa Monica pier is awesome. :] Best vacation place I've been though, was in Vale, colorado. I was having trouble breathing due to the lack of oxygen, but jeez, beautiful area. Relaxing, quiet, green, and fun atmosphere. I started throwing up though. :/ and, crzk, where do you live now?

lmao BM, that would kinda badass yet really dumb meanings of transportation like u said if that were true, but that does remind me of a few places back home in italy!!! lol
no but Staten Island, is a quiet, suburb, legit island, thats connected to new york city by a bridge, though yet they still consider us a part of N.Y city meanwhile physically were not, theres only one ferry.. the staten island ferry, all it is, is a quick way of getting into NY city if u dont wana go across the bridge and drive in that traffic, i hate the ferry, i took it alot when i was younger if i ever wanted to go in the city to eat,.. do whatever, i remember in high school i would go to the city for bars, and yeah u take the train to the ferry, unless u live by the ferry
u have 3 parts of Staten Island
The North Shore - bad areas
The Mid Shore - good areas
And The South Shore - really nice areas
i live in the south shore
