Coming to ps3 =X,(making my mind up this weekend)

i have extra money, and i already wana get ps3 for final fantasy 14, and uncharted, but im debating, i can put this money to buying ps3, and conquest, yet again i wana put extra money to me and my girlfriends vacation in the summer to california,im so undecided right now, but im gona make up my mind this weekend

Having extra money is good because it gives you extra flexibility in what you can do. But with careful and creative thinking you can still create a more memorable experience with less money than you would if you were lazier but with more money..

Things may have more practical value, but if you're looking for sentiment it's memories that are most important. When she looks at that necklace you bought her for your anniversary, if she still loves you she'll look at it fondly not because of it's price but because she'll be remembering how magical the night you gave it to her was. If she doesn't still love you then she'll only care about the price, and at that point, well, let's just say it doesn't even matter anymore. The memory of the night would exist without the necklace. Nostalgia, it's subtle but powerful. And there are other things which can remind a person that aren't expensive. A song is free but hearing the right one brings back memories of that time when you looked into each others eyes and you knew.

Of course, I'm not saying you shouldn't give gifts. You should (especially on important occasions). I just couldn't come up with any good examples of more trivial uses for money.
