I would like to revive my suggestion of 3 chats:
1 for each team, and another with only 1 designated representative (leader) from each team. The leaders, captains, representatives, or whatever you want to call them make the decisions and relay the info back to their respective clans.

3 chats seems to be the best way to go when it comes to the chat rooms.

The leaders, captains, representatives, or whatever you want to call them make the decisions and relay the info back to their respective clans. If we did this for our last match, there probably would have been less confusion and things overall would have ran much more smoothly. I think this suggestion would be really practical and effective.

yes things prolly would have went much smoother. 3 chats should be used from now on in battles.

Uh, what? How the hell would that do anything other than make the match take years longer and increase the confusion even more than before? It'll take years for the representatives to relay everything and it'll be impossible to keep everything real time between the teams. Any problem raised in one chat will have to be relayed to one representative to another, and then from that representative to his team, rather than just having it available right there while using a common chat.

the idea would be the representatives would make all the decisions and only relay the final verdicts on any problems. There wouldn't be any mass discussion. It would just be two people.

Uh, k, and what's the problem with having a common chat, even if it's only in addition to this representative chat? Saves a lot of typing time.

just general argument/confusion. When you have 16 people who all want to say their opinion it can get messy.

Well, it can be made clear that they're opinion doesn't matter. I dunno, it just seems unnecessarily out-of-the-way for me. I don't think the disputes that happen in the common chat are bad enough to justify a terribly inefficient way of communicating with each other.

do you guys want a mage limit? Let me know. 3 chats I guess is the best option. anybody who wants to go in the 3rd chat is fine but I am the only one in my clan who is going to be there. I really think that there should be only 1 representative though so there is not much arguing in the third chat and whatever you say to your clan mates is the final decision. Its only my opinion it doesnt have to be that way so nobody should be angry at me because of this. I also think that we need to have a warm up game just to sort things out and fixed any problem there could be. If we go into a server that has 25-4 score that is not fair for anybody so warm up games should be the norm for all clan fights.

If we go in a server that already has a score obviously we'll go into another server. There's no need for warm up games, it's just a waste of time.
And no mage limit.

Hm, it seems that joppi's ps3 broke and could take a month to repair, so we would only have 7 people, so I'm gonna have to put this on hold indefinitely until either joppi or reborn comes back. Sorry.
It turns out legend will be able to make it, so the match is still on. I haven't gotten confirmation from all my members yet but hopefully they will be able to make it.

I just had a horrible experience with our clan fight with demon. so definitely lets do this. NO GOING INTO THE SERVER RIGHT AWAY if ever some players do not get this instruction clearly NO FIGHTING RIGHT AWAY to text random players out........ there should be a rule that is no cheating and no running away. The team who doesn't finishes the match loses the clan fight and would have to post WE ARE CHICKEN in pro boards........... its just a game win or lose it doesn't matter who wins but we should be able to have fun. We bought this game to have fun and I don't think Demons army knows that. I'm not having fun right now because it took my clan and me through hell just to get us all in the server and to text all random players out then DEMONS ARMY left when they where losing the game................ That is so frustrating............ I really don't care if we win or lose. I just want to play.........A clan who is afraid to lose shouldn't even be a clan........sorry Im just really frustrated right now because of what happened....... I have a really good clan and I'm definitely sure we would have beaten them easily that is why I don't want them to quit........ They probably think that they can't win but still why would they even try to make a clan fight if they would just RUN AWAY.................. again sorry for telling you guys all about this but hopefully it won't happen in this clan fight.......

BM I just remembered that we have an ALM1GHTY TOURNAMENT on november 8, at 11 am so our clan fight on november 8 12 noon is still on. We will have a lot of ALM1GHTY TOURNAMENT if you want to arrange a clan fight after that you are welcome to. I will post it on ALM1GHTY CLAN in the clans section every time we have an ALM1GHTY TOURNAMENT then you could post back. The tournament will take about an hour to finish so you could arrange a clan fight after that.
