9 pm california time? is that ok? let me know if its too late for your clan. My clan members usually show up late and we have members in europe and it is really early for them if we play 7 or 8 pm. It is a saturday so I don't think its that late for everybody.

Echo on the no HTDM.
Here's the rules we played against TCF with (with a few modifications to address problems we encountered). We can use them as a premise to hammer everything out.
Game Rules
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
It is the CLAN LEADER'S responsibility to make sure that EACH AND EVERY member participating in the match knows ALL of the rules. The excuse, "I didn't know the rules" will not be accepted from anyone.
-2/3 for each mode (not HTDM). The winner of 2 modes is the overall winner -No heroes. All players must decline the hero when offered. On the first offense, the match result is invalidated (unless the team who used the hero lost). On second and subsequent offenses, the team with the hero loses that "mode". -Ballistae, catapults, etc. are allowed -Horses and Wargs are allowed when both teams have equal access to them. -Trolls and Ents are allowed when both teams have equal access to them (this particular rule is always up to debate) -If one of your members disconnects in the middle of the battle, the battle goes on as usual, but no additional matches will be played until your team has a full 8 members.
(These are some rules concerning random players) -If a random enters the server and your team wins, the results can be invalidated if the random comes in first place or has a significantly higher PDR than the rest of the team. -If a random enters the server and your team loses, the results can be invalidated if the random has an unusually low KDR (0 kills and many deaths) -If there is a random on your team, one of your team must take the hero when offered it and promptly kill him through the use of the "Respawn" option. -If a random finds the hero in his hands either through legitimately obtaining him (see random rule 1) or someone passing it to him (see random rule 3), the match results are invalidated (unless the other team wins)
Stage Rules
-The first stage is the first legal stage in the EA server rotation. -Further stages are chosen by the team that lost the previous round. -If the chosen stage is not the next stage in the rotation, then all the stages in the way will be SKIPPED. This will consist of the team who picked the stage winning the map with no resistance. This skip will not count as a win for either team. -The losing team chooses their team for the next game -Special circumstances of the stage will be announced beforehand in the chat (inequal amount of troll/ents or horses/wargs, etc)
Banned Stages:
Minas Tirith- Conquest Pellenor Fields- Conquest Mines of Moria- TDM Isengard- TDM Shire- CTR Pellenor Fields- CTR
Chat Rules
-Do not enter any server until it is announced in the chat. -One main chat will hold the 16 players participating in the current game. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your entire clan is in the chat. Any infractions caused by a member not in the chat will still count against you. -You may have a chat open for your own clan's use -When in the server, do not join a team until instructed to in the chat. This allows for disputes to be settled and substitutes to be put in. If you join the game, then the Warm-Up starts, and the game clock will start winding down. -The first team arrangement will be decided in the chat -The team arrangement will be announced in the chat before the game starts. If you join the wrong team and refuse to change, your team has the option of taking the loss and keeping you, or invalidating the current game and expelling the player from the match (s/he cannot return for the duration of the war). -If the match has started due to people entering the server and no one in the chat is telling everyone to stop playing, then the match will begin as soon as the warm-up is over. This happens whether or not your whole team is ready. However, if your team does start when people in the chat are telling you to stop, the match result is invalidated. Continued breaking of this rule will lead to disqualification of the team and loss of that "mode" (not the whole war).

Well there is one problem getting all those rules to my clan mates most of them don't even look at the proboards and I will let them know by text but I cannot tell everything you said. Here is what I think we should do. NO RULES. TDM only. WE PLAY AS EVIL. BEST OF 7. That means who wins 4 games win the match. NO BANNED STAGES(its just going to take too long, besides 7 games will even it out, hopefully). when we enter the first game. Lets check for random players first so no fighting right away. 1 WARM UP STAGE should be required to text the random to get out and to make sure are players are in the right team. WE SHOULD NOT START IF THERE IS A RANDOM PLAYER IN THE GAME. We should announce when fighting starts in the chat room. It is the leaders responsibility if your player joins the wrong team that is the reason we should not start killing right away to make sure we have the right players in.
Chat Rules
-We should enter the server right away but no fighting until it is announced in the chat so we can see if our players are in the right place and to find random players and text them to go out.
-One main chat will hold the 16 players participating in the current game. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your entire clan is in the chat. Any infractions caused by a member not in the chat will still count against you. -You may have a chat open for your own clan's use -The first team arrangement will be decided in the chat -The team arrangement will be announced in the chat before the game starts. If you join the wrong team and refuse to change, your team has the option of taking the loss and keeping you, or invalidating the current game and expelling the player from the match (s/he cannot return for the duration of the war).
= NO FIGHTING UNTIL IT IS ANNOUNCED IN THE CHAT. I think this will solve a lot of problem. 1 Warm up game should be required.
= If ea server disconnects we do the same thing. 1 warm up stage again until we finish the match.

It is the leaders responsibility if your player joins the wrong team that is the reason we should not start killing right away to make sure we have the right players in. Your chat rules are good. We lost our matches to M7 because of these rules, and because the very reason you mentioned. 1 guy who is never on used Gandalf and killed 1 person, then killed himself when we messaged him. Even though we went on to win that game, and the kill didnt even sway the game, M7 forced the game to not count. After that game 2 starters on our team left because they were upset and we played short the rest of the matches. If you think spreading the word on rules around to your clan is gonna be hard, you might run into the same issues. M7 wont cut you slack, even if breaking a rule means nothing to the actual outcome. Hope this helps. Keep a eye out when you guys start the first match. They started the first game very early on us. They scored on us before we even spawned and left the flag. They actually had the ring in hand a 2nd time before all 8 members were in. Wish we would have complained, but our clan just played it out. After the Gandalf thing in game 2 we would have. No hard feelings in the matter, we lost to them, they were the better team despite the issues . Just dont want to see another clan fall, because of these same issues. Rules can ruin a game and lead to arguements. They also drag the match out forever.

thanks eternal I will keep that in mind and like I said we cannot have rules because it will be 7 games which in a way even things out. We will only play tdm so there won't be much of a problem.

oh shut the fuck up eternal. You lost, and not because of any rules. Get the fuck over yourselves.
You lost 2 people? Bullshit. You had a full team for the rivendell ctr, which we won. Then you only lost 1 person late into the first conquest game, which we were dominating in anyway.
Talk about sour grapes.
amaced, get your clan better organized and then contact us again. Until then, the match is off.

That whole match was a joke. full team at riven?LMAO!...wake up BM. Im sure in M7 rules we had a full team, just wish those guys would have been TCF members, or even asked to play for that matter. Fleur already said he joined and quit dumbass. We had 2 randoms. A good team dont need there own little rule book to win. LOTR has its own rules, they dont need them perfected by the ALL KNOWING M7. Bauer fits your clan well.So glad he found where he belongs. I just feel bad for jerube and rizen, to much class for M7 I stated you guys beat us, cant you read? My issue is with your teams character, which once again was shown here. The reason nobody wants to play you guys has nothing to do with fear of loosing, its because you guys are ass holes. Waste of a night listening to you guys cry and your damn rules. 2 hours for 4 matches. 1 which didnt count. Wow sounds like a fun night with M7 to me.

I didn't give a shit, either way, about the outcome of the Minas Tirith CTR game. A lot of you were bitching about it, while a few of us kept saying: 'Who cares? Let's move on.'
The first CTR match, everyone but one person was in (when it started). If you guys weren't ready, you should've said something in the chat. If you did, I missed that - apologies.
The rules, to my knowledge, were set far in advance - and agreed upon. Straightcash conveyed to us that the rules were fine and that you all had no problem with them.
How are we the assholes? Most of us said: 'Good game' and 'great job' after each game. I know that I did.
I think some of you take this shit a little too seriously. Especially when I hear that people (from The Chosen Few) are going undercover to try and dig up dirt on the M7 -- not to mention, alienate other members of the LOTRC community.
Whatever though. I don't care much for drama and finger pointing. It's just a stupid game. We can have a rematch. It's no big deal.

LMFAO, you guys would believe whatever bauer says. I would waste time explaining it.... but it is a waste of time, maybe somebody else from tcf would care to explain though because I MIGHT POTENTIALLY GIVE A MANGLED DICK ABOUT WHAT M7 THINKS

BM I think my clan is organized I just don't think it is necessary to make rules on a game. We play it as it is. ITS JUST A GAME. win or lose it doesn't matter. If we put rules might as well contact ea to revise the game. Hopefully we can resolve this issue and play on November 8. LETS JUST HAVE FUN. That is why we bought this game. now if we have to study it, I wouldn't even think of playing it. Let me know if your clan really doesn't want to play because of this simple thing.
