@4:42: Ooooh.... Aerial combo into ground special.... Nice move by Angelus, can't believe I never thought of that lol. I wonder, as the light special didn't seem to be able to keep the combo alive with its fast hit rate, I wonder if a medium special off the aerial light/medium would work, as it would only need to register one hit to pop-up opponent, then you could continue with the rest of the medium special combo (I would say after a very slight pause, to allow the opponent to fall back into melee range), and you might have a single, uninterrupted combo that looks like this: Aerial L/M, M special on land, pause, continue all 3-4 attacks of M special. <_____<
Lol, in a perfect world, you just MIGHT even be able to follow all that up with a heavy special if you had the capacity to juggle well enough. Broly theorized that you could juggle indefinitely, but I'd like to hear about someone getting that combo to work; I personally see no reason why it couldn't happen, as Angelus demonstrated the combo is workable. Only problem I could see happening is the entire M special not hitting fast enough before the opponent hits the ground lol, but I think it could definitely be worth 20 minutes of a pro scout's time.
Lol anyway, just some observations from the fob, and congrats to both Oneshot and Angelus; was good scout 1v1ing (even though I always hated the cat & mouse style of scout fights dxD).
Peace from the fob d:D.

Not sure ending with medium would work... Unless they missed the getup of course. I prefer to do aerial then light + light special.

OKAY. I went into LOTR:C on PS3 yesterday and found that the combo DOES work in SP, going so far as to be able to get the entire combo** - fully juggling opponent in the air the entire time - to work, provided that the opponent is up against a wall.
Reason for having to be up against the wall is obv that in open spaces, opponent moves up and away a bit from attacker as he chains, so I found that a fully executed juggling M-special would leave the opponent too far away to be able to connect an H-special on, but overall, the combo IS workable.
I also found that, if you connect with (I think) at least 2 hits off the light aerial, the entire combo** deals enough damage to kill a mage/archer in one chain. Even if you miss, though, a satchel on get up would be more than enough to finish off an enemy archer or mage.
Lastly, I kinda theorized on my last post yesterday that you'd have to stutter your M-special for the first hit off L/M aerial, but I found that you actually have to stutter all attacks after L/M aerial to keep the juggle alive. If you time it too soon (or late), your opponent lands on ground, and like Royalty said, gets the chance for get-up. But I WAS able to execute the combo 100% juggling (without the opponent ever hitting the ground and having the chance to attempt get-up) in SP, so take that for what it's worth current scout pros lol.
P.S. I talked to Broly about it yesterday too, & he said he didn't think it would work in MP, but I previously thought that if it wouldn't work anywhere it would be in SP d:/, so I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work in MP.
entire combo = L/M aerial, on land 3-stage M-special, H-special**
Anyway, peace from the fob d:D.

Warrior aerial combos are much easier to execute and deal more damage... Im not much of a scout player and Im gearing up for my warrior duel with Istari
