Hey guys, I'm pleased to announce an upcoming battle in the everlasting war between the Spreaders and the Anti-Spreaders.
Time and Date:
- Friday the 27th
- 20:00 GMT
Settings:
- 8 v 8 if we can manage
- Server hosted by CNQReboot
Rules:
- Team "Anti" will have up to 8 warrs or 7 warrs + 1 mage (solely for healing. Mage can not shield or use any offensive attack/spell (even for non-offensive purposes)).
- Team "Spreader" will have up to 8 archers.
- No scouts. No mages or warriors for Team Spreader.
- No Trolls/Ents
- No Heroes
- No Horses/Wargs
- No Ballista's/Catapults
- No Glitching
Maps:
- Pelennor TDM
- Shire HTDM
- Morgul HTDM (NOTE: Team Anti does NOT get a medic on this map)
NOTE: Team Spreader gets faction choice.
Scoring:
- Whoever wins most maps.
Victory System:
Team Spreader has no respawns. They must fight wave after wave of Anti-Spreaders. Team Spreader's goal is to destroy the Anti-Spreaders, but their team will also need to focus on survival. With no respawns, they will need to be quite careful as to when and where they make their stand.
Team Anti has 50 lives. At any time during the game (except for on Morgul), the Antis may have one battlefield medic. This medic will provide heals only. Team Anti may only use the standard warrior (and the hero warrior variations found on HTDM).
Victory conditions -
- Team Spreader makes 50 kills
- Team Anti eliminates all of the spreaders on the map
Team setup -
This fight will take place at a higher standard of play than is commonly found within the mixed server. Although all are welcome, positions on each team will be given to the more experienced players who wish to participate. If you wish to participate, simply post a response on the LotR CQ community page here and let me know which side you want to fight on (and if you'd be interested at all in playing for the other side in the event your primary choice is already full).
